White Ash with Alumilite Inlay
Description:
This box is made from a pretty piece of white ash and features an inlay made from Alumilite resin. The inlay is framed by a delicate bead and a small kerf separates the base from the lid. The ash has a some curl that shimmers when viewed from different angles, while texturing on the underside of the lid and the bottom of the box provide a little surprise when the box is handled or opened. The finish is oil-varnish buffed to a smooth, semi-gloss.
