Maple Ogee Platter
Description:
This platter is turned from hard maple features a pleasant ogee profile on its lower surface and a delicate bead on the top. The wood itself is nice and clear with a little spalting on one end. The bottom features a subtle foot that provides a little lift and several concentric rings add decoration. This platter is finished with an oil-varnish mix and then buffed to a high shine so that it feels as good as it looks.
