Traditional Stabilized Maple Box
Description:
This is a traditional style box turned from stabalized, spalted maple. The maple has some excellent colouration and figure and splating has produced some interesting geometric patterns. Matching beads conceal the joint between the top and the base and a textured pin wheel pattern on the bottom of the box provides a little surprise when the box is handled.
