Satine Finial Box
Description:
This elegant finial box is turned from Satine (Brosimum rubescens)(also known as bloodwood) and features an embedded zircon gem stone in the underside of the lid that provides a surprise then the box is opened. Texturing on the underside of the box provide a little additional interest when the box is handled and picked up. This box is finished with lacquer and buffed to a high gloss - it almost shimmers with a 3-dimensional depth when viewed from different angles.
