This bell shaped box is turned from Paela (aka - Chatke viga) and features a simple, unadorned profile that really lets the wood speak for itself. the lid is adorned with a delicate bead that frames a small domed medallion, and a simple grove decorate the seam between the base and the lid. Texturing on the bottom of the lid and on the bottom of the box provide a little surprise when the box is handled or opened. Finished with lacquer and buffed to a high gloss, this box is just seems to sparkle as it is held or viewed from different angles.
