This bell shaped box is turned from hard maple a features a raised medallion on its lid and some unique ambrosia colouring. The medallion is framed by a ring of texturing which compliments the texturing on the underside of the lid and bottom of the box. A pair of delicate beads decorate the seam between the lid and the base. Unlike, most turned boxes, this box features threads between the base and lid. The threads where cut to ensure that the gain matches perfectly as the lid is tightened down. Finished with lacquer and buffed to a high gloss.
