Classic Box in Walnut with Maple Inlay
Description:
This classic box in black walnut features an inlay of curly maple. The curly maple has exception depth and shimmer (chatoyance) and was placed into the lid using Chris Stott's window technique so it is visible on the sided of the lid as well. The lid itself features a delicate bead and a slightly flared top to make it slightly easier to remove. A textured flower on the bottom of the base provides a little surprise when the box is handled.
